Reservation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reservation Specialist to join our team at PT Chiringuito Del Kabron (El Kabron Bali). In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of guest reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the vibrant hospitality industry in the stunning location of Badung Bali.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately processing reservations, modifications, and cancellations
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of table availability, rates, and promotional offers
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Liaising with other departments to coordinate guest arrivals and departures
• Generating reservation reports and analysing data to identify trends and optimise processes

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in using reservation systems and computer software
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages an advantage
