Sr Program Specialist

Join a team of development program professionals to support dev programs within one of Honeywell's businesses. You will help implement program plans, budgets, schedules, and execute a programmatic MOS. Support forecasting and capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. Play an important role in the IPDS process and strategies to achieve committed business performance. Support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned. Work under moderate supervision of the program manager to execute scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value, and quality while demonstrating project management skills including risk management.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate Cost Account Managers
2. Understand budget and schedule
3. Adhere to the IPDS process
4. Execute the Management Operating System (MOS)
5. Collaborate with functions
6. Support forecasting
7. Support capacity analysis
8. Ensure timely management reporting
9. Present programmatic details

Qualifications We Value

• Project Management principles and processes, with emphasis on IPDS phases II-V
• Scheduling skills including resource loading and critical path analysis
• Experience with SOW, WBS, BOE, and Integrated Master Schedule
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management
• Financial understanding including RDE, spend, forecast, and variance analysis
• Cross-functional communication with program teams and sponsors
• Potentially serve as the program’s risk process manager
