People Administration & Payroll Specialist

Within the People Department of Europ Assistance, directly reporting to the Head of Industrial Relations, People Administration, Welfare & Facility Management, we are seeking a People Administration & Payroll Specialist who will handle the entire personnel administration process for employees within the group's companies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective and constant advice to colleagues, dealing with them for any requests relating to staff administration and contract specifications;
  • Provide advice on labor law, contractual matters, social security, personnel administration, and welfare;
  • Draft opinions on labor law;
  • Prepare internal information and updates;
  • Ensure the correct loading of data for processing, attendance control and payroll; align procedures with the payroll programme;
  • Make mandatory communications to the institutions;
  • Manage reporting in relation to absenteeism, attendance, information prospectus and equal opportunities;

Requirements

  • Multi‑year experience throughout the staff administration process (from loading attendance to processing the payroll and all post‑payment compliance, preferably gained from employment consultancy firms) and related software applications;
  • Master's or three‑year degree with a legal/economic focus;
  • Excellent knowledge of the labor law aspects of managing the employment relationship;
  • Knowledge of SAP HR (preferential tool) or other payroll tools;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Being a Labor Consultant is a preferential requirement.
