We’re hunting for a Content & Social Media Specialist to support integrated marketing and communication activities at an international level, contributing to the creation of content consistent with the brand’s identity and values.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and creation of multi‑channel and multi‑format content (text, graphics, video, articles, interviews, posts, newsletters).
• Adapt content to different communication channels (social media, trade shows, national and international media, blog, newsletter, website, online and offline ad campaigns, press releases, institutional presentations, promotional materials, etc.) in line with the brand voice and identity.
• Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to produce content according to corporate guidelines.
• Assist in updating editorial plans and ensuring correct content publication.
• Support the daily management of corporate and marketing social channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Schedule and publish approved content, monitoring its performance.
• Help moderate and manage interactions, ensuring consistency with brand voice.
• Assist in the planning and optimization of marketing campaigns in coordination with the team.
• Monitor trends, benchmarks and best practices to propose innovative formats and content aligned with strategy.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital performance.
• Track key performance indicators (engagement, reach, CTR, community growth, sentiment).
• Produce periodic reports on channel and campaign performance.
• Analyze results to suggest tactical improvement actions.
• Contribute to gathering insights for Marketing and Communication teams.

Requirements

• Degree in humanities, economics or marketing.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Strong editorial planning capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of digital and traditional communication channels.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of German is preferred.
