As an Associate, you will play a key leadership role within our Corporate Finance & Strategy team with a dedicated focus on Private Capital. You will lead project teams in supporting Private Capital investors and portfolio companies across the entire investment lifecycle — from pre-deal strategy and transaction execution to post-deal value creation and exit planning.


You will be responsible for structuring and delivering high-impact client engagements, managing junior team members, and contributing to business development efforts. You will bring a strong combination of financial acumen and client management skills to help our clients unlock value and drive sustainable performance, as well as providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.


Responsibilities



  • Supporting Consultants and senior team members in the execution of key workstreams, contributing to overall project success

  • Conducting research and analysis on markets, value chains, and competitive positioning to support strategic recommendations

  • Developing financial models to support decision-making

  • Contributing to the execution of transaction support activities, including commercial and financial due diligence, in the context of acquisitions, exits, or capital raises

  • Assisting in the preparation of investment and divestment materials, including equity stories


Who we are looking for


We are seeking young professionals with a strong foundation in financial analysis. Experience in Transaction Advisory or Investment Banking is welcome. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and eager to work across a variety of sectors and asset classes within the Private Capital ecosystem.


Required qualifications



  • Demonstrated interest in Private Capital (Private Equity, Private Debt, Infra & Energy, Real Estate) and early experience (0 – 2 years) in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or Investment roles

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and strategic data

  • Solid knowledge of financial modelling, corporate finance principles, and valuation techniques

  • Understanding of financial statements and familiarity with Italian and international accounting principles

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint (Office suite)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages a plus
