Demand Planner

As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role working within the HQ Retail Planning Department, and assisting in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the alignment process with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance respecting timeline compliance and data quality and integrity.
- Monitor the actual stock and the target stock level set in each market for the Continuative Program to guarantee the most efficient stock management.
- Elaborate sales and stock reporting analysis to highlight risks and opportunities to increase the business and elaborate action plans.
- Work on seasonal budget and monthly rolling forecast.
- Support Buyers of each Market in monitoring sales and stock of Continuative program.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to analyze and understand product performance and market trends.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Interest and sensibility to product will constitute an advantage in the selection process.
- 2/3 years previous experience in the role.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
- Advanced use of Excel.
