We are recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. This role requires collaboration, organization, and a strong NGS background. You will work with different business sectors to deliver technical support and ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. You must be based in Italy.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve payment targets.
• Communicate with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions.
• Analyze regional customer groups and gather relevant information.
• Research market requirements, product competitiveness, and industry trends.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and events.
• Support other business needs as required.

Qualifications and skills:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields; experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proactive, innovative, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Strong team player and communicator.
• Native or fluent in Italian.
