Identify new opportunities, markets and customers and share them with the VP Sales Fertilizer, in coordination with the reference Area Manager;
Support the VP Sales Fertilizer in updating the CRM system.
Ensure that the VP Sales Fertilizer has the development and monitoring of promotions and sales activities, from the identification of potential initiatives to contracts award.
Support the pre‑qualification and proposal activities.
Maintain appropriate contacts with customers, attending conferences and exhibitions of the fertilizer industry.
Maintain relationships with partners, including technology providers, and assist the VP Sales Fertilizer in negotiating and signing related agreements.
Support and substitute, if necessary, the VP Sales Fertilizer in the setup and re‑examination of tenders, including bid‑no‑bid meetings, kick‑off meetings, risk analysis discussions and price formulation.
Support the VP Sales Fertilizer in negotiating with customers.
Personal Attributes
Degree in Chemical Engineering.
At least 5 years’ experience in a technical role (ideally Process) in an EPC contractor or Chemical Processing Industry or Technology Licensor.
At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial/contractual role in EPC companies.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus (especially French and Spanish).
Strong and decisive leadership, combined with the right energy and resilience to deliver results.
