Agicap is a fast-growing company founded in Lyon in 2016. It serves 8,000+ customers with 650+ employees and has shown rapid revenue growth (7x between 2021 and 2024). Agicap is part of the French Tech 120, recognizing promising startups in France. Agicap combines a Treasury Management System with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to help finance teams of mid-market companies manage and forecast cash, pay suppliers, and get paid. The company has raised €145M with investors including AVP, Greenoaks, Partech, and BlackFin, with a latest round in November 2024, fueling product innovation and international expansion. What you will do

  • Very sales oriented, your mission involves engaging qualified partners, demoing the AGICAP solution and negotiating new exciting partnerships
  • Explore and identify potential partners across various sectors, including financial consultants, system integrators, and accounting firms
  • Transform identified opportunities into successful partnerships by showcasing the ROI Agicap offers to both partners and customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders
  • Assist partners to drive sales and expand Agicap's reach among SMBs in Italy
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are well-versed with Agicap's offerings
  • Keep partners informed about the latest product releases and updates
  • Plan and organize marketing events, such as webinars and physical events, in collaboration with partners and the marketing team
  • Enhance Agicap's brand presence through participation in key exhibitions, events and industry gatherings
  • Regularly report partnership performance and achievements to management
  • Onboarding will be comprehensive (1 month) to help you understand how we sell and support our customers

What we are looking for

  • Fluent/Native Italian speaker with full professional proficiency in English
  • Sales experience in a SaaS environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales roles is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration across teams
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, especially with management and strategic stakeholders
  • Creative and consultative selling approach with advanced closing skills
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals; you are a “Hunter” and a “Do-er”
  • Strong rigor and organization, able to manage large quantities of information over time
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit
