Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of interconnected projects within your designated stream, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Drive effective project management through the coordination of project teams, activities, and deliverables.
  • Ensure accountability for project quality (meeting defined standards), adherence to timelines, and cost‑effective resource management.
  • Develop and maintain the roadmap for your functional stream.
  • Manage the prioritization and execution of projects within your portfolio.
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Manage the Stream Projects budget for the industrial perimeter.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security standards.

Profile

  • Master's degree in management engineering or computer sciences or a related field.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience (5/8 years) in managing complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Industrial Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial processes e.g. product development, industrial supply chain (production and raw material planning and procurement), Manufacturing Execution including quality control.
  • Process Optimization: Demonstrated ability to analyze, improve, and optimize industrial processes.
  • Resource Management: Experience in managing direct reports, third-party vendors, and resources in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Digital Technology Acumen: Familiarity with digital technologies relevant to industries / manufacturing.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using M365 suite or project management software (Jira…) to issue required deliverables or reporting.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
  • Influence and communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Change Management Skills: Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align projects with overall business objectives.
