Finatal is partnering with a mid‑market European private equity firm on a first‑time take‑private transaction of a €400m turnover industrial group. The transaction is expected to close soon and a strong interim FP&A/Controlling leader is required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with European and regional teams to consolidate data from existing systems for monthly board packs and reporting.
Managing extensive Excel work and interacting with various ERP systems for data collection.
Engaging stakeholders across Europe to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Required experience and qualifications:
Demonstrated experience working in private‑equity‑backed businesses.
International exposure and ability to lead financial planning and analysis at the group level.
Strong Excel data manipulation skills and comfort working independently.
The position is based in Milan and significant on‑site work is expected.
