Our client is looking for an experienced leader to supervise the software development team around Europe.

Job Description

Lead the R&D organization.
Steer the engineering team, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Guide the team's evolution.
Coordinate resource planning and staffing across countries and organizations, supporting the sharing of knowledge and optimization.
Partner, influence, and share with business leaders for a successful go-to-market strategy.
Manage the entire development lifecycle, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
Listen to customers and be able to meet and anticipate their expectations and needs.

The Successful Applicant

A solid technical foundation, with in-depth knowledge of software development.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong leadership and experience managing remote international teams, with dedicated tools.

Highly proficient in English.

Change management capabilities experience.
