Plant Layout Engineer - RG Projects

Job Description
- Actively work in the Renewable Gas (RG) Team to develop plant arrangements for tender and execution projects.
- Develop layout concepts for Renewable Gas plants (AD and Methanation) for upgrades, retrofits, and execution projects.
- Prepare, update, and review plans such as layouts, load tables, construction data, steel structures, platforms, ducting, piping, and component drawings.
- Incorporate and verify drawings from external and internal suppliers.
- Ensure the exchange of layout data with the project team, consortium partners, and engineering service providers.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to review models.
- Serve as the contact person for all layout-related issues within the assigned area.
- Conduct maintainability, accessibility, and constructability studies, considering planning corridors, safety, functionality, logistics, assembly ease, and modular design.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and HSE requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit (Autodesk) and other engineering tools such as Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Experience in plant/layout design for Renewable Gas Plants or similar, including structural, mechanical, piping, and equipment/system arrangement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical apprenticeship as a Design or Plant Construction Engineer.
- Strong understanding of 2D and 3D CAD methodologies.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and German is a plus.
- Autonomous, solution-oriented, and persuasive personality.
