Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist - Athens (Greece)

Join us at Velenosi & Meredith Consulting as an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Athens, Greece! We are looking for fluent Italian speakers who love technology and design to provide support for global brands.

Location: Athens (or remote from Greece)

Languages: Italian (C2) + English (B2+)

Role: Customer support via phone, chat, and email — training included!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Italian customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Help with orders, devices, accounts, and settings issues
  • Provide clear and timely solutions, maintaining high satisfaction standards
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical reports and complex requests
  • Promote good digital practices and responsible user support
