We are seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to lead our team's penetration testing efforts. This role combines project coordination and technical security testing, requiring strong organizational skills and technical expertise.

  • Work with senior security leads and project managers to schedule penetration testing and red team engagements.
  • Communicate with the internal team and clients to understand testing scope, goals, and technical requirements.
  • Lead and conduct comprehensive penetration tests on various systems, networks, web applications, mobile applications, and other digital assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, web technologies, and application security concepts.
  • Proficiency in using various penetration testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level guidance on security best practices and risk mitigation strategies to clients' technical and non-technical teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security requirements and tailor penetration testing approaches to meet their specific needs.
  • Develop detailed and actionable penetration testing reports that highlight vulnerabilities, potential risks, and recommended remediation steps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency Italian and English is required, with the ability to effectively communicate and conduct business in a professional setting in both languages.
