Branch Manager – Roma Termini

Centauro Rent a Car is a market leader in car rental with over 50 years of experience, headquartered in Alicante, Spain, and operating across popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean coast.

Responsibilities

• Organize team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
• Ensure correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
• Control operating costs to achieve targets.
• Enhance cross‑selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) personally and encourage the team to get them.
• Assist customers in operational management (considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
• Ensure a good atmosphere and work environment among employees, enable their professional development and level of commitment.
• Report to management on operation, results, incidents and receive necessary guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
• Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
• Knowledge of the field to understand operation details: vehicle incidents, cross‑selling system, etc. Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
• Advanced level of Office Automation.
• Fluent English; other languages will be valued.
