What we expect from you

• Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit: You like to take initiatives, manage your projects, and have a taste for challenge as well as a growth mindset.
• Technical and commercial expertise: You master the challenges of the Life Sciences sector, sales techniques, and know how to use digital tools (CRM, social networks) as performance levers.
• Interpersonal skills and leadership: You know how to convince, federate, listen and inspire your interlocutors, both internally and externally.
• Solid experience: Bac+5 with a focus on sales or technical-sales, and at least 5 years of successful experience in business development, ideally in an international context.
• Language and mobility: Fluent Italian essential, professional English, driver's license.
