Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize CRM dashboards and analytical reports supporting Sales Force Effectiveness and Marketing initiatives.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs (Sell-in, Sell-out, Coverage, Activity, Productivity, Conversion Rate) and provide actionable insights to local and corporate management.
- Support the implementation of CRM governance rules, data quality controls, and alignment processes.
- Partner with IT, Digital business, Head of Sales, Business Intelligence, and local affiliates to design and enhance CRM processes and integrations (Lead-to-Cash, Consent-to-Contact, Territory Management, etc.).
- Contribute to the development of incentive schemes and sales performance analytics, ensuring transparency and alignment with company strategy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying user experience and increasing CRM adoption and data reliability.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or CRM/BI Analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent command of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau).
- Knowledge of IQVIA datasets (Sell-in, Sell-out, and Targeting) and ERP platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Planning and organizing skills, critical thinking, a problem‑solving mindset and ability to learn.
