Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants. He/she ensures to support Key Accounts (FBA) and Customers through all Commercial activities for Long Term Rental Recalculations (Process, Quotations and Profitability) and in general for all related Commercial Back-office needs.

Job description:

He/she ensures to support Key Accounts (FBA) and Customers through all Commercial activities for Long Term Rental Recalculations (Process, Quotations and Profitability) and in general for all related Commercial Back-office needs.

Responsibilities

  • To implement and manage recalculation process with all involved Departments, including both quantitative and qualitative tasks
  • To analyze the Direct Fleet Portfolio status with focus on active contracts mileage and duration trends among active customers
  • To elaborate customers car park assessment in order to find room for proactive recalculation proposals
  • To ensure, through the use of VWFS’s IT tools, the proper back-office activity for commercial purposes, respecting deadlines and planning
  • To ensure the correct link with back-office Departments, Controlling in particular, to target, monitor and analyze recalculation economic

Recalculation Activities

  • Monitoring of the Active Fleet Portfolio, expiration dates, mileage/duration trends
  • Analysis to find cases more probable to succeed, evaluation of potential new economic condition according to profitability targets
  • Support for Fleet Business Accounts designing the most adequate proposal to both optimize customer car park considering new car sales and infleeting
  • Preparation of Recalculation Quotes
  • Support for the implementation of accepted recalculation in our systems
  • Preparation of Periodical meetings for monitoring, status, performance stc ….

Competences

  • Past experience with Recalcualtion
  • Good practice in IT tools, Excel in particular
  • Good negotiation skills and
  • Capacity to work on multiple, complex scenarios
