Guest Service Agent

Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, seeks a Guest Service Agent to join its staff.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in and check-out process management.
  • Rooming of guests.
  • Cash operations and administrative activities.
  • Collaboration with departments to guarantee full customer satisfaction.
  • Operations performed in compliance with LQA quality standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in the same role and similar contexts.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Additional foreign language is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of LQA standards.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Orientation to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Opera management system.
  • Precision, flexibility (including shift adjustments and night shifts), problem solving and natural interpersonal skills.
  • Preference for resident or proximate domicile.
