For our HQ in Lodi Vecchio, we are looking for a Quality Control and Packaging Development Senior Specialist to join the R&D team.
Key Responsibilities
- Formula–packaging compatibility studies to ensure compliance with safety standards during use, transport, and storage.
- Planning and implementation of quality controls on finished products and packaging.
- Management and supervision of technical data entry (master data) in the company’s ERP system.
- Handling of non-conformities.
- Management of supplier complaints and customer complaints.
- Creation and updating of Technical Specifications and supply agreements.
- Supplier validation, including potential on-site visits.
- Collaboration with the R&D, Regulatory, Logistics, Planning, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience (2–3 years) in Quality Control/Packaging Development within the cosmetics industry.
- Knowledge of main cosmetic regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22716).
- Strong organizational and workload management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Good command of the English language.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-growing and internationally oriented environment.
