Electrical Engineer

In this role, you will:

1. Oversee the integration of electrical systems.
2. Serve as the owner's representative, responsible for all project phases from design to construction, start-up, and commissioning.
3. Review technical submissions for construction procedures, including MEP and structural drawings, and develop these engineering documents.
4. Support the commissioning of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, and steam generators.
5. Ensure all site safety documents are reviewed and followed, promoting a positive health and safety culture on-site.
6. Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and participating in daily planning meetings.
7. Manage responses to RFIs and submittals as required.
8. Prepare and hand over documentation to facilitate the transition from construction to maintenance and operations.
9. Manage the specification, procurement, installation, and distribution of electrical equipment.

We would love to hear from you if you:

1. Hold a degree or comparable experience in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
2. Have 10 to 15 years of experience as a project engineer on large, complex projects such as Data Centers.
3. Possess strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
4. Have or are pursuing OSHA certification; we can assist with this.
5. Advocate for safe construction practices and standards.
6. Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
7. Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
8. Build strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive attitude.
