Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst Software Developer for R&D and Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in software development and Engineering, security analysis and testing, and applied research. You will develop, analyse and test secure systems that address real-world medical needs.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, research-driven development, and working on advanced technologies.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, combining remote work with 2 scheduled in-office days a week in the Milan hub to support collaboration and team innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain, throughout the entire lifecycle, support software or components of the Company’s software, information processes, or application interfaces, from writing source code to testing and compiling executables, both on-premise and in the cloud, including the preparation of all required documentation.
• Deepen the study of advanced methodologies and technologies in the sector in order to maintain the level of innovation required by the Company in software design, development, testing and maintenance.
• Actively contribute to the Company’s training activities to strengthen one’s skills, with particular reference to standards for medical device software.
• Analyse the needs and requirements of the Company’s stakeholders to identify innovative features to implement in existing or future software.
• Perform appropriate tests on applications to identify potential bugs and verify compliance with industry standards.
• Continuously monitor software quality and functionality over time.
• Develop and securely manage databases and dashboards for data visualization
• Support the technical staff in the secure management of company IT systems, including servers, NAS devices, and related security measures.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with machine learning is a plus.
• Skills in software testing, performance monitoring, secure data/process development, database management.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
