Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior PowerBI Developer to join our Analytics & Data department within the IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and PowerApp development teams, and a deep understanding of data visualization standards such as IBCS. The candidate will report to the – Fabrics & PowerBI Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements.
  • Align with PowerApp development teams on data structures and integrations.
  • Implement PowerBI reports based on requirements in line with Accelleron reporting standard (based on IBCS).
  • Document solutions.
  • Hand over PowerBI reports to business owners for maintenance.
  • Support business power users in building and maintaining PowerBI reports.
  • Maintain reports in line with our governance processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in PowerBI development and report creation.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and IBCS standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data modeling, manipulation, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and other relevant programming languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
