What you'll do :

The Customer Success (CS) Cybersecurity Advisor (CA) is part of the CS Architecture Advisor team. CA works closely with SAP’s Sales organization and the Partner ecosystem to define account strategies with a focus on secure architectures. CAs bridge the gap between customer business strategies and secure technology solutions by crafting robust cybersecurity architectures and designing transformation roadmaps to ensure secure adoption of Cloud-based architectures. They act as trusted advisors, embedding cybersecurity within SAP-based Enterprise Architectures.

As a Cybersecurity Advisor, you will :

• Support the assessment of current customer solutions from SAP, identifying security risks and areas for improvement.
• Engage with customers to support sales cycles, focusing on secure solution adoption and risk mitigation.
• Drive business and IT architecture definitions, ensuring cybersecurity alignment with SAP, customers, and partners.
• Provide a security-centric linkage between the customer and SAP product development, influencing security feature enhancements.
• Create a Secure SAP Architecture Vision for the Customer
• Support building customer demand through thought leadership in cybersecurity and compliance.
• Analyze customer business processes and enterprise architecture to identify vulnerabilities and recommend secure practices.
• Assess current enterprise landscapes, emphasizing risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Promote secure-by-design principles, advocating for industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) within cloud and hybrid environments.
• Build Key Secure Architecture Deliverables : Business & Solution Security Architecture, Target State, Transformation Roadmap
• Develop business architecture and capability mapping focusing on security and compliance.
• Ensure security feasibility in business capabilities mapping to SAP solutions.
• Design secure cloud transformation roadmaps, addressing threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance.
• Define and implement hybrid security architectures, ensuring secure integration of on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Be a Trusted Cybersecurity Advisor for the Customer
• Align security strategies with evolving customer adoption and solution consumption models.
• Provide governance support to maintain and enhance cybersecurity measures.
• Drive security awareness, showcasing the value of secure SAP architectures for compliance and risk management.

Qualifications include knowledge of cloud security, cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2), experience with security assessments, threat modeling, Zero Trust Architecture, IAM, encryption, data protection, and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SAP Security). Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
