FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER – RISTORAZIONE DI LUSSO – MILANO

Gi Group, in partnership with Jobbit, is looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join a high‑performance hospitality team. The role will be embedded in an environment of high standards, strong internal organization and a contemporary operational vision.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the operational activities in the dining area and application of daily service standards reporting to Management.
• Coordination of the team, setting operational priorities and supervising procedures to ensure continuity, quality and compliance with internal guidelines.
• Planning and overseeing staff training, shift scheduling, and daily check‑lists to maintain an orderly and efficient workflow.
• Preliminary management of processes related to inventories, suppliers and use of management tools, monitoring activities analytically and efficiently.
• Providing supervision to intermediate coordination figures when required and supporting alignment of operational processes within the team.
• Opportunity to participate, for professional growth, in representative or operational support activities in other group business contexts.
