Italian-Speaking Customer Support & Content Moderator in Portugal

Location: Porto or Lisbon (on-site or remote based in Portugal)

Language Requirements: Italian (C1+) + English (B2+)

Contract Type: Full-time, Shifts (including weekends if required)

Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates

URGENT HIRING WELCOME BONUS: 2,000 euros (for Italian market, available until July 31st)

About the Role

Are you fluent in Italian and ready to join a leading global customer experience team in Portugal? We’re hiring motivated professionals to work in Customer Support and Content Moderation roles across various international projects and platforms.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate product and service information

Content Moderation:

  • Review and evaluate user-generated content
  • Enforce compliance with platform policies
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
  • Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety

What We’re Looking For

  • Italian fluency (C1 or higher)
  • English proficiency (minimum B2)
  • EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Porto
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
