As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion. This role involves planning, hiring and supervising, setting goals, budgeting, and always keeping the client and company in the loop.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Track project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
