As one of the three verticals supporting in‑center dialysis, the focus is on delivering high‑quality, clinic‑based hemodialysis to patients worldwide. Its mission is to support healthcare providers in offering safe, consistent, and patient‑centered care in dialysis clinics.

The team collaborates across Product Design, Clinical Protocols, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to equip clinics with effective, innovative solutions that meet high standards and improve patient outcomes. Goal of the Function

The Senior Business Information Security Officer (BISO) works closely with the information security teams and business unit leadership to ensure cybersecurity is seamlessly integrated into daily operations. The role provides expert guidance on risk management, drives implementation of security policies, and serves as the primary link between business and security functions. The BISO fosters a culture of security awareness, supports compliance initiatives, and ensures security practices align with the organization’s overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Digital Services Operations information security.
• Ensure the organization’s information assets are protected against unauthorized access, theft, damage, and disruption.
• Implement and maintain an organization‑wide operations information security strategy; develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls.
• Establish and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Administratively maintain Digital Services Operations policies in the company documentation management system.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related BISO experience.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise security solutions in a global context.
• Experience working in a global organization and implementing solutions across multiple geographic regions, meeting local requirements.
• Broad understanding of security encompassing endpoint technologies, application hosting, physical and virtual data center hosting (Cloud).
• Experience with security practices such as incident response and risk management.
• Experience in design, development, implementation, and operational support of mission‑critical solutions in large‑scale environments.
