Guapi is a fast-scaling global streetwear brand with strong presence in the US, Japan, and Europe. Known for pushing the boundaries of design, drops, and collaborations, we are seeking a world-class COO to help structure and scale the business to the next level.

This role is designed for a proven fashion executive who combines luxury fashion operations expertise with a deep understanding of streetwear, hype culture, and international growth.

Operations & Supply Chain

• Oversee global production, sourcing, and quality control across denim, outerwear, footwear, and accessories.
• Manage 3PLs and logistics partners across the US, EU, and Asia.
• Build systems to prevent stockouts, shipping delays, and QC failures.
• Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining Guapi’s premium positioning.

Customer Experience

• Oversee international customer support operations.
• Define KPIs (response time, resolution rate, CSAT).
• Select, negotiate, and manage external agencies to ensure world-class service.

Marketing & Sales Oversight

• Manage and evaluate external marketing agencies, performance teams, and PR firms.
• Understand and oversee e-commerce KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion).
• Guide drop planning, influencer seeding, and global campaign rollouts.
• Ensure activations resonate with US and European streetwear culture, celebrity collaborations, and major events like ComplexCon and Fashion Weeks.

Finance & Legal

• Oversee financial planning, P&L, cash flow, and budgeting.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for collaborations, celebrities, and licensing.
• Work with external accountants and legal teams in different markets (US, EU, UAE, Asia).

Leadership & Team Building

• Manage and elevate existing team members and agencies.
• Recruit and grow key roles (Head of Marketing US, European sales managers, logistics managers, finance staff).
• Build scalable SOPs and structures for long-term growth.
• Act as the Founder’s right hand, taking ownership of execution and decision-making.

Growth & Expansion

• Develop and execute market strategies for the US, Europe, and Japan.
• Scale Guapi’s presence in European fashion hubs (Milan, Paris, Berlin, London).
• Explore wholesale, licensing, and strategic retail partnerships.
• Identify and execute brand-building opportunities (trade shows, pop-ups, collabs).

Network & Influence

• Bring a strong network of factories, agencies, logistics partners, and PR contacts.
• Already experienced in US, European, and Japanese streetwear / luxury markets.
• Able to represent Guapi in high-level meetings with celebrities, agencies, and partners.
• 10+ years in fashion / luxury / streetwear operations.
• Proven track record of scaling a brand internationally.
• Strong exposure to US, European, and Japanese markets is a must.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Decision-maker who thrives under pressure and takes ownership.
• Deep understanding of Guapi’s DNA: luxury streetwear, hype culture, and collaboration-driven growth.

• Competitive base salary aligned with senior fashion executives in Milan.
