Collaborator with expertise in Frontend Development

Communication

Eurac Research, an internationally recognized research institute based in Bolzano-Bozen, is looking to strengthen its communication team by hiring a motivated and skilled Collaborator in Frontend Development

Tasks:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our web applications using Next.js
• Collaborate closely with the communication team to implement digital projects and campaigns
• Optimize user experience, performance, and responsive design
• Integrate APIs and connect with content management systems
• Work with AI tools to support and improve communication workflows and digital content
• Ensure modern web standards and best practices are followed

Requirements:

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Next.js and React (junior applicants with strong motivation to learn are encouraged to apply)
• Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web technologies
• Experience or interest in working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Having worked with a headless CMS is a plus
• Experience with or interest in AI tools and technologies is a strong advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style (Manager of one)
• You love the craft and getting better at it.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English (Italian and/or German skills are an advantage but not required)
