Come join the future of hospitality and be the new Front Office Supervisor of our new Rome location!

Overview

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH provides a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. We operate a hybrid hospitality concept with student accommodation, long and short-stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

As Front Office Supervisor, you’ll work with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager and the team of community hosts to run and supervise every aspect of our hotel operations. You’ll be at the forefront of our guest-facing operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and collaborate with front of house staff to assist guests in all needs
  • Know our product offering and how to cross-sell these products to guests
  • Handle guest or team member questions or complaints professionally; address technical issues as needed
  • Maintain an overview of hotel activities and stay composed in challenging situations
  • Share knowledge with team members; assist when questions arise
  • Act as the internal TSH networker, connecting with the guest community and understanding needs
  • Foster a positive environment—spread smiles and ensure employees and guests enjoy themselves and connect

Who You Are

  • Flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive
  • At least 1 year of hotel experience or team-leading experience
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to maintain a helicopter view and know when and where to assist the team
  • Responsible with the ability to handle stressful peak periods
  • Hard-working with a "+let’s do this!" mentality
  • Experience building, leading and inspiring motivated, happy teams
  • Legally allowed to work in Italy
