Marketing & Communication Executive - Six Senses Rome

In this role you help tell Six Senses Rome’s story by coordinating local marketing, PR, content, and guest experiences in a luxury, wellness-focused setting. You bridge hotel operations with the Cluster Marcomms team to ensure brand-aligned initiatives are executed seamlessly. You’ll craft and activate narratives that highlight Rome’s culture, sustainability, and unique experiences. This position offers impact through influencer partnerships, events, and cross‑department collaboration, with a clear opportunity to shape the property’s voice.

Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing initiatives and support the Cluster Marketing Team
  • Serve as on‑property PR contact: host press/influencers and manage journalist visits
  • Develop long‑term relationships with Rome‑based influencers and cultural partners
  • Distribute PR materials and maintain consistent brand representation locally
  • Co‑manage on‑property event production and align with cluster programming
  • Contribute to the annual events roadmap and brand narrative
  • Participate in briefs and BEO meetings to enhance guest experience and revenue
  • Support social media/community management and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with Cluster Brand Content Executive on assets reflecting hotel/cluster identity
  • Lead small/medium content shoots and explore new storytelling formats for Rome
  • Create internal communications aligned with Six Senses values
  • Ensure cross‑department alignment of internal messaging and marketing activities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Marketing, PR & Comms, or Digital roles in luxury hospitality or lifestyle industries
  • Strong creative writing and storytelling with a refined visual eye
  • Experience with content shoots or campaigns with creative teams or agencies
  • Familiarity with content planning tools and asset management
  • Native‑level fluency in English & Italian; Spanish a plus
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and culturally sensitive
