Role Description

As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
• Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain sales standards and ensure cleanliness of the space when necessary;
• Check stock levels on the sales floor, replenish as needed, and ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Retail experience preferred;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Teamwork predisposition and good attention to detail.
