Missions:The Port Representative serves as the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests at the port of Capri. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition between the port and the hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating luggage transfers, managing transportation logistics, and providing assistance with arrivals and departures in line with the hotel’s luxury service standards.

Profile:

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or transportation coordination
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Professional appearance and discretion
