What will your day to day look like?

In this role, you will provide technical and clinical support for robotic surgical systems, including training, in-service assistance, and field support. An average day may look like :

• Training medical professionals on the surgical robot platforms
• Designing, developing and facilitating training for internal and external customers
• Running professional education programmes
• Providing technical development feedback
• Troubleshooting products in the portfolio
• Gathering customer feedback

  This role will suit you if you…

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Have 2+ years of experience in clinical education or a clinical background
  • Can travel up to 75% of the time
  • Understand complex medical devices
  • Can support sales with data from clinical studies
  • Are comfortable in a theatre setting
  • Can speak Spanish or Italian
  • Are based in Italy or Spain
