A Day in the Life of a Media Search Analyst :

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments across diverse media domains, including music, video, and HomePod evaluations.
2. Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store Content, using online tools to assess query accuracy and intent, applying market expertise and provided directives to evaluate relevance and purpose.
3. Join us and contribute to a global tech giant through the TELUS International AI Community, a network of over 1 million contributors supporting AI model development for major brands.

Qualification Path : No prior professional experience required. Candidates must pass a basic assessment process and meet standard quality assurance checks during the project. This is a part-time, long-term project.

Basic Requirements :

• Active email associated with an up-to-date Apple ID
• Own an Apple device and have experience with Apple products
• Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken
• Resident in Italy for at least one year, familiar with current Italian media, culture, and trends
• Interest and familiarity with applications, music, and video trends
• Ability to work across various task types with attention to detail and good communication skills
• Access to broadband internet, a computer, and relevant software
• Independent and adaptable working style
• High school diploma or higher preferred, but exceptional talent is considered
