Who We Are Looking For

For our K-Way store in Bologna, we are seeking experienced Sales Assistants.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. You will be responsible for maintaining an attractive store environment that encourages sales through order, cleanliness, and a complete product range. You should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers during sales
• Managing and maintaining merchandise on display
• Replenishing stock to ensure maximum product availability
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines
• Handling cashier operations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, preferably in fashion and footwear
• Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility with schedules

Initial placement on a fixed-term, full-time contract.
