Role Overview
We are looking for a Seasonal Client Advisor Part Time (20h/weekly) from November until January to join our team in Rome. As a brand ambassador at our boutique, you will provide exceptional customer service, showcase our collections, and contribute to visual merchandising.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador to boutique clientele.
- Welcome, advise, and handle sales for local and international clients.
- Present the Stone Island universe and detail our collections.
- Provide personalized advice to meet client expectations and requests.
- Manage after‑sales service and ensure follow‑up with clients.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays and product rotations.
- Acquire in‑depth product knowledge and actively contribute to business development.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles in fashion retail or hospitality; knowledge of luxury retail is a plus.
- Understanding of the luxury sector, KPIs, and product sensitivity.
- Service‑oriented, strong communication, team spirit, and independent work capability.
- Reliability, punctuality, flexibility.
- Passion for retail, client service, and the luxury fashion industry.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
