This freelance opportunity will support our ongoing creative partnership with Spotify and other global brands.

About the Role

We’re seeking expressions of interest from talented freelance digital designers based in Milan to support our Pan-European and LATAM creative teams. You’ll work on a variety of digital marketing and advertising projects, creating compelling assets such as banners, mockups, and social media visuals.

While this is currently a freelance, project-based role, there is potential for ongoing work and in-person collaboration in Milan as our local presence grows.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually engaging assets for digital campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams across Europe and LATAM to deliver work that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Adapt and resize creative materials for various platforms and formats.
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

About You

• Based in Milan, with the right to work in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and English ; Spanish or French is a plus.
• A conceptual thinker with strong design fundamentals and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong experience in digital experiences and activations, from UI through to larger campaign creative
• Skills in animation and UX are a bonus
• Curious about emerging creative technologies like 3D, AR, and live visuals
• Reliable, organized, and an excellent communicator.
• Positive and collaborative — you enjoy being part of a team.
