As part of our Customer Service team in Italy, you will act as a key partner for the Sales organization, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process while driving data-driven insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Your role combines operational excellence with analytical thinking. You will monitor and optimize processes, identify trends through data analysis, and collaborate with Sales to improve the order flow.
You will also contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Commercial Area (Italy, France, Iberia).
