Key Responsibilities

• Application of the commercial strategy and policy in the area of competence (partnership and / or short channel model)
• Definition, monitoring and achievement of turnover and margin targets
• Management and development of strategic customers
• Preparation of coordination activities with one's manager and application of the defined plans
• Market and competitor analysis
• Identification and application of promotional campaigns and care of the exhibition set-ups
• Region of responsibility: North part of Italy

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role leading a business unit
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong technical skills
• Negotiation skills
• University degree

• English knowledge will be your preference
