1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team.
2. Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
3. Analyze related data to improve data accuracy and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Communicate with other departments and report product issues promptly.
5. Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
6. Attend industry conferences and events.
7. Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Background in science; major in electrical engineering preferred.
2. At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry preferred.
3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience to pressure.
4. Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
