In JW Venice we are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR activities and gain hands‑on experience across key HR functions.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening and interview scheduling
• Supporting onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
• Helping coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives
• Maintaining HR databases, personnel records, and documentation
• Providing administrative support to the HR team in daily operations
• Assisting with employee engagement activities and internal communication

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational HR skills, understand HR procedures and policies, and work closely with professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
