Product & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product & Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring smooth operational execution. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to go beyond traditional project management and take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from strategic conception to market delivery. Your daily activities will include :

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of existing and new products, including potential mobile applications and solutions for specific use cases.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including development, design, and marketing) to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Oversee the operational aspects of product development and delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges proactively.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
• Effectively communicate product vision, plans, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master\'s degree in Computer Science. Experience as a Developer. Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in a product-related role with increasing responsibility, demonstrating a strong blend of product thinking and operational acumen. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and various methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. A proactive and results-oriented approach. Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
