About the Role

We are seeking a senior field professional who excels at acquiring new high-net-worth private clients and leading high-level, face-to-face sales meetings (Mostly in Italy or Spain, but with options to Switzerland, Belgium and France).

The role combines independent client acquisition (hunting) with pre-qualified meetings scheduled by an internal sales team, through to closing high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new HNW / UHNW private clients through personal networks, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Lead in-person meetings with qualified clients, from first introduction to deal closing.
  • Work closely with an internal sales / SDR team that schedules high-quality client meetings.
  • Provide consultative sales of luxury jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.
  • Understand clients’ emotional, financial, and legacy-driven motivations.
  • Represent the company at private events, VIP meetings, and exclusive networking environments.
  • Close complex, high-value transactions while maintaining a premium client experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in independently acquiring private clients (not solely lead handling).
  • Background in luxury consultative sales (jewelry, diamonds, high-end real estate, private banking, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct one-on-one meetings and close high-value deals.
  • Polished, professional presence with refined communication skills.
  • Highest level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Fluent Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
