Service Delivery Coordinator
TATA Consultancy Services, a company leader in the IT consultancy sector since 1968, is searching a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage a team of Helpdesk Operators on 4 different client locations in the country.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual, with previous experience in managing and coordinating their own team from remote.
A deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong, interpersonal relationships with different stakeholders is a must.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the delivery of Workplace Onsite Support (OSS) services of different Operators in different locations;
- Perform relevant Quality checks and work on improvements aspects together with the OSS and Warehouse;
- Regularly collaborate with SD Teams and Automation and Transformation Team to improve/maximize customer experience and satisfaction by driving value in service delivery;
- Understand and drive future demands, act as an escalation point for the local Customer as a SPOC;
Requiremets
- Previous Team Coordinating experience;
- Experience with Workplace Onsite Support (OSS) services and best practices;
- experience within the BFSI and IT Consulting industry;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
