emagine is looking for a Helpdesk consultant assisting the client in Helpdesk operations. The primary objective is to provide efficient Helpdesk support to ensure operational continuity and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve technical support queries for users.
Assist with installation and setup of PCs and hardware.
Provide assistance in Windows operations.
Support users both remotely and in-person during walk‑in timeslots.
Ensure timely response to Helpdesk tickets.
Must Haves
Proficiency in Italian and English.
Experience in 1st or 2nd level Helpdesk support.
Strong knowledge of Windows and PC/hardware support.
Additional Details
Location: Onsite in Cadriano, Bologna, Italy.
Duration: Minimum 3+3 months, with full‑time or part‑time options available.
