Synergie Italia Spa, filiale di MAGENTA (MI) is looking for an Operaio Adetto all'Assemblaggio e Saldatura for our client METALMECCANICA.

Overview

The selected candidate will work in a company that produces and maintains iron doors. The role involves assembling iron pieces using standard workshop and bench tools, and learning to perform continuous wire and TIG welding on iron.

Responsibilities

• Assemble iron components using workshop and bench equipment.
• Learn and execute continuous wire and TIG welding techniques on iron.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks related to door production.

Qualifications

• Technical/mechanical qualification or welding qualification.
• Experience, even brief, as a blacksmith, welder or in iron and steel assembly.
• Manual dexterity, willingness to perform physical work and interest in learning/welding.
• Profiles without experience but motivated to learn are also considered.

Benefits & Conditions

• Temporary contract aimed at conversion to permanent status.
• CCNL metalmeccanica-industria, D1 level.
• Gross salary starting at ~€1,740 per month, with growth potential.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday.
