FRIZZ CAFE’ , a renowned Pugliese brand in the bar and restaurant sector, is seeking candidates for a new business development project. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing bar and dining service, maintaining customer relationships, supervising staff, selecting products to purchase, preparing menu items, and maintaining the appearance of the venue.

Required professional profile :

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant / bar sector;
• Good communication skills and a predisposition to customer contact;
• Passion for Food & Beverage;
• Residence in Monopoli (BA), Torre a Mare (BA), or nearby municipalities, and own transportation.
